Second trimester visit
Around week 16 we will carry out the first visit of the second trimester. We will perform an ultrasound to verify that the baby is growing according to the weeks of gestation, we will make a new evaluation of the anatomy and we will be able to determine the fetal sex.
We will resolve any doubts that may have arisen, and we will plan the time to perform the anomaly scan, subsequent controls (weeks 24 and 28) and the second trimester blood test, which will include the O'Sullivan test: the test to determine if you have a high risk of developing gestational diabetes.
